THE CRAIG FALL SHOW June 6th – July 8th, 2018

Theme:  “In The Wild”

Registration will be May 6 – 12 by telephone to Fran Barclay (see number above).

Show Runs from June 6th to July 8th, 2018

Other Dates: 

              June 5th, 2018 – Drop off/Install 9-10 a.m.

              June 6th, Opening from 5 p.m – 7 p.m.

              July 8th – Pick up at 3 p.m.

You are encouraged to participate in our annual show and please ensure that your paintings meet the theme criteria (see guidelines below).  “In the Wild” is a very open concept theme; painting about nature, the cosmos, human antics etc. will all fit the theme.  Have fun with it and happy painting!

 You must have an official display easel for this show.  
SET-UP is usually between 7:30 and 9:30 am – BEFORE the mall opens
TAKE-DOWN is usually after closing Sunday at 5pm
You need to fill in an inventory sheet for all the work you are displaying
Each painting must have a label – front and back with “Artist, Name, Medium, Price”
All work must be secured to the stand so it can not go missing, or fall off
There is a 5 dollar fee for each easel
No art can be left at the mall
If you are not going to be able to do your sitting you must find a replacement Each shift MUST be covered
